So Mirac77 gave me the idea of doing a talk radio show. In the past different owners had expressed interest in starting one up, but for whatever reason it never materialized. This latest effort is my own personal attempt, so obviously it will work. And it will be a success as long as other owners show interest and participate in it. This is how it works.

I schedule the show itself. Since I've chosen the free version the scheduling times are limited to non prime time options. I can add audio files to it, music, applause etc. When it's time for the show to go live, I call a phone number, enter a password pin and basically use my phone as a mic. On my computer I enter what's called the studio. Anyone who wants to participate in the show has to call another phone number to join the queue. When someone calls in I can see them on my computer (blog talk radio studio) and I have the option of hanging up on them or answering them. More than one person can call in as well. When I choose to end the show, I can embed it on any website. That's it, pretty simple.

The free version is limited to 30 minutes total and I think that's more than enough for us to hold a decent show.

I'm gonna use the media and blogs forum to post when the shows are and I'll also post the call in phone number here as well. I'm going to be sending out requests to owners for interviews.
