Lately we've had a few issues concerning game scheduling duties. This is a reminder to all owners that you are required to post or reply to the topics in the Game Scheduling forum. Whether you use text, email, PSN messages or whatever to schedule your game, the moderators have to see if an effort was made to get the game played.
Another thing to keep in mind is that as the advance time draws closer, if there is no proof that you made an attempt to schedule and you can't be reached via the contact information that you supplied, chances are good that you will be temporarily removed from the league and either someone will sub in for you or the CPU will play against your opponent in your place. You will also be sent an invite to rejoin asap via PSN. Simulating the game is the last resort. People are here play their games not have it simmed.
The person who makes the effort to schedule and who is present at the time of advance will be able to play against a sub in or cpu. However, if you are the person who failed to schedule and failed to respond to attempts to contact you, even though you may be present at the time of advance and your opponent who did make all the attempts is not, you will still not be allowed to play. In this case the game will be simulated.
You should all also be aware of the rule that if you fail to post in the Game Scheduling forum three times in a row and your game gets simmed or subbed in you will be removed from the league. Owners must be active. Inactivity leads to dead leagues and I have no intention of allowing that to happen here.
