Don't be fooled by these Buccs, their lineup is as solid as they come. Freeman is now a 94 overall and his awareness and accuracy to all areas of the field are all above mid 80's. We know about Blount, but he also has Woodhead who possesses 94 speed and 98 acceleration. Winslow at TE is well above average. His WR corps is A+. Maclin, Benn and his go to guy Antonio Brown. Solid Offensive line as well.
As good as he is on O. His D is not too shabby at all either. They may not be household names but they can all play. Trent Cole, Gerald McCoy and Bowens on his Dline. His LB corps, speed on the outside and smarts on the inside with Tatupu. Good depth in his secondary with Talib being his main guy there.
Offense: He wants to run the ball and if you allow that you'll be in for a very, very long game and most likely a loss. Luckily I was able to corral Blount and Woodhead. His passing game is where he excels though. Antonio Brown lines up in the slot and he is awesome at getting him the ball there. Joey is great at reading a defense and will run slants, in/out routes with Brown if he sees man. If a safety is on Brown he will run a streak and most likely beat your safety. My 95 speed rookie couldn't handle him.
On zones he'll run a slant in with Brown or look for his TE Winslow on a streak or corner route. Maclin and Benn are rarely targeted. The good news about Brown is that his release is low. My advice is to place your best CB with highest press on him and bump and run him every play. While doing this look out for Winslow. Another option would be to run some combo coverages on him but definitely man up and press Brown.
Defense: Joey runs a 3-4 with good success. He users the MLB2 and will look to jump the snap and hit your RB in the backfield. He is pretty good at it too. Also note that this user LB of his is fast and possesses 90+ hit power. Joey will go for the strip when the opportunity arises.
Overall Joey is an excellent player. His pass game was the best I'd seen so far this year.
