| I would approve this provided both teams meet cap needs.
Welker is aging and the 1st round plus a player would be satisfactory for him | |

| Player positions, needed, I know Welker is a WR, not sure for O'Connor (believe ILB)
Denied, i think O'Connor and a 1st is too much for Welker who is turning 32.
solutions?
i'd approve if it's O'connor and a 2nd round pick for Welker and a pick 3rd or lower or another roster player who can start on the Seahawks (depending on who,it could warrant Seattle's 1st rd pick instead)
Welker for the 1st is good too

| Conner is 27 years old. He has hit his ceiling. Welker is still a top 6 or 7 WR. A 1st and a decent LB is worth it. | |
