Increase in Trade Limit

I think we should increase the trade limit to around 5 trades for regular season. Considering that some trades are for only a swap of talent pool at the bottom of their roster. We are still maintaing the integrity of our teams when we make these small trades. I also had the idea of like being grandfathered into the league after saying for at least a full season then you wouldnt have a limit on yourself. But the main idea here is to increase the limit considering we all continue to keep our rosters without trashing them. I am in favor of increasing the trade limit with some few rules including grandfathered rule and any other suggestions

I agree with this notion, especially since their is no trade deadline and we have free reign to trade all season. I've made two trades thus far and feel like I should keep my third secure in my back pocket in case I suffer a severe injury to my team and need to make a drastic season-saving move somewhere down the line.

Alternatively, instead of a trade count maximum, there could be a maximum amount of players allowed to be traded. For example: I've only traded a total of two players away in the two trades I've made whereas other members have made deals involving multiple players (3+). The three trade maximum really hinders those who don't set out to make blockbusters every time.

I agree with increasing the number of trades but not putting a limit on the number of players you can trade. Sometimes you have to add additional players to deals in order to make them work.

yes the amount of players rule i dont know if i like that. but i agree the 3 trade rule hinders those who trade the "prospects" instead of always looking for a "Chris Johnson Trade."

This almost looks unanimous. So far I think we'll increase the amount of trades. I gotta say though, I like the maximum amount of players to be traded . I want teams to at least look like themselves for this season. Mainly because I know we're going to lose owners. What do you guys think about a 3 trade limit for the first 8 weeks of the season and then 2 for the final 8? We will definitely increase, unless other owners chime in with leave it as is. In which case we'll have a poll.

thats definately something to build on, but I think people didnt want a cap. But it is a good idea to build upon
