Really wish this trade could happen right now. Matt Haselback sucks as a QB, and I would love to see Matt Ryan at work in the last game of the season. By the way when I took over the team Chris Johnson was missing in action. Did the previous owner trade him away? I want Chris Johnson back!!!

Whatever the case I need Chris Johnson back. I am in this league for the long haul, so I need my star player back. I was shocked that he was not on the team. He is the team's superstar, so I really do not understand why any DUMMY would trade him away. I NEED HIM BACK!!!

Eagle give up: CB Nnamdi Asomugha- 98 ovr, A POT, AGE 30 , $1OM 5 YRS LEFT RB LESEAN mCcOY- 90 OVR, A POT, AGE 23 , $1.1M 4 YRS LEFT 2ND ROUND DRAFT PICK TITANS GIVE UP RB Chris Johnson- 96 OVR, A POT, AGE 25 , $8.7M 6 YEARS LEFT SS CHRIS HOPE- 87 OVR, B POT, AGE 30, $6.5, 1 YRS LEFT CB JASON MCCOURTY- 76 OVR,B POT, AGE 24, $O.5M, 2 YRS LEFT I'm going to have to talk to Duke and the rest of the trade committee about it. Really the only thing I would say is we can do it. But it would have to be at the start of next season. It would be unfair for the Philly owner to lose his star player in the midst of the playoffs. Please weigh in on this issue committee members.

| Even though I'm in the NFC East and would love to see CJ shipped back to Tennessee, I believe the trade should stand. The trade is a fair and even one and no stipulation was put on the trade that it would be reversed if one owner left the franchise. I don't think it's fair to reverse the trade on the Eagles now that he has had CJ for so long. Also, the Eagles owner has been here since the beginning, we know he is not going anywhere. The Titans owner has only been here for a couple games. I would hate to overturn the trade and have the Titans owner bail or get kicked out for some reason. That would be doubly unfair to the Eagles owner. Taking over a team after a franchise has started comes with some risks. One of those risks is that the team you take over may not be fully in tact. It's not like McCoy is a slouch at RB. I believe he and CJ will be rated about the same after this season. | |

| Having no part on the committee or anything like that and just being an active league owner. I would have to ask then why it is ok to put the stipulation in on some trades and not others?? If the overall goal is integrity of the league, which I'm all for, then why not have it as a universal stipulation or don't have that stipulation at all. Just my thoughts. | |

| I agree with you. It should be one way or the other so there's a fair and even playing ground for all. | |

| I have looked at this situation and given this some thought and I believe the trade should stand and not be reversed. The trade was made back on Sept 17 at the start of the season. It was given a good amount of debate by the trade committee at the time it was going through the approval process and after all was said and done the trade was processed to include a draft pick. We have to consider precedence in reversing this deal. for 1 it includes a pick pick. The owner who received the pick has now formulated plans on using that pick to fill an area of need on his team. 2. If we allow this deal to be reversed we have to consider reversing all future deals when another owner comes into the league and wants his player of choice back. I don't think that's good for the integrity of the league as a whole. The rules do state that all trades must be carefully thought out and that rule was put in for a reason. I do believe that if the new Titans owner wants Johnson he should formulate a plan to trade for him. I think it would be a damaging move for the league to reverse the deal at this point. Furthermore, On this subject of reversing trades I do believe that NO trade should ever be reversed. Both owners come to agreement and we have a trade committee in place to debate the details of the trade. If a new owner comes into the league and wants to take over the team he or she does so after looking over the roster and by taking the team agrees to take the roster as is and agrees to move forward in molding the team as he/ she sees in their own vision .

| For the record, barring death, the Titans owner is not going anywhere. I am a 100% legit Madden simulation gamer who has been playing Madden since its inception. Rest assured that I am in this league for the long haul. Whether the trade stands or not, I just found it interesting that some DUMMY would trade away a team's franchise player, particularly a team like the Titans who really do not have any other standout offensive players outside of Chris Johnson. Point blank it was a ASININE trade, once which left the Titans offense in shambles. However, whatever decision is reached I will accept it, and move on. After all is said and done, I am just expressing my viewpoint. | |

| I don't think that a reverse stipulation is needed on EVERY trade but I do believe it should be put on Marquee players such as this one. Though the trade was even, it is obvious that if someone comes into use the Titans they are expecting CJ2K. To mean McCoy is just as good as CJ (if not better) but to others it is not. Since this stipulation was not put on during the deal I agree we would not want to reverse it but we should look into putting this stipulation on any more trades involving Marquee players at the skill position. And maybe put a time limit on it as well. | |

| Good points by all. The trade will stand and we will definitely have to look at placing more veto stipulations on marquee player type deals. Now that we have the salary cap and we know how cap penalties work, it will be interesting to see how many marquee players actually get traded moving forward. | |
